Working Holiday Program (WHP) or Working Holiday Visa (WHV) is a program that targets young people aged 18 to 35 years, eager to make a stay of discovery and cultural tourism 6 to 12 months maximum, while being allowed to work.


Conditions:

* Be between 18 to 35 years from the date of filing

* Being of French nationality

* Reside usually France (Metropolitan France, overseas departments and Saint Pierre and Miquelon only. This means that if you do not find in France at the time of your deposit (you do another PVT or you are on holiday for example), this Not a problem.

* Hold a French passport valid for the duration of stay. Its validity must extend at least one day stay in Canada.

* Do not have benefited the working holiday program in Canada earlier (indeed, you can enjoy 6 consecutive PVT, but only if you change countries every time (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and South Korea ).

* Have a minimum of financial resources (€ 700 per month) for the first three months of hospitalization, ie 2100 euros.

* Subscribe to sickness / hospitalization / repatriation valid for the duration of stay. Do not take out insurance so that your file has not been accepted by the Embassy!

How to participate?

* Fill in the form of PVT, which is to provide two copies.
To pay by bank transfer only fee of $ 150 Canadian dollars. To know the exact amount in euros (depending on currency rates), visit the website of the Embassy.

You must attach the following documents:

* 2 identical photos in the format specified in the file.

* An updated resume in French.

* A letter in French. Explain why you want to leave, the duration of your stay and what you plan to do once in Canada.
* A photocopy of identification pages of your passport (name, date and place of birth, date of issuance and expiration.

* Proof of funds made by your bank showing that you have available 700 euros per month for first 3 months (you will need to make a photocopy before submitting your application for a copy you may be asked at the airport). If a third person will vouch, it must submit a letter of commitment signed by the person with his ID card and a bank certificate proving that she has sufficient financial resources. These documents must be no less than 3 months.

* A statement of account information (RIB) to repay bank transfer if your application is refused, deemed non-responsive or incomplete.

* Proof of bank transfer for payment of participation fee (Keep a copy for your records).



There is no need for visa application, leaf acceptance PVT provided by the Embassy is enough! SWAP does not help you in your efforts to find an apartment or a job, you simply facilitates access to Canada.
